Traditional Joinery For St Andrews

A Traditional Joiner St Andrews Homeowners Trust

A lot of our work is for St Andrews homes and properties. From our Cupar workshop, just a short drive away, we make and fit traditional joinery suited to period homes, conservation-area buildings, listed properties and traditional houses where the detail matters.

We focus on quality bespoke joinery: sash and case windows, timber doors and windows, fitted kitchens, cabinetry and fitted furniture.

Common Questions

Joiner St Andrews: Common Questions

Do you offer a free site visit?

Yes. We offer a free site visit, usually within a week of your enquiry, followed by a free estimate, usually within two weeks depending on the size of the work.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Fife, Dundee, Perth, St Andrews and surrounding areas, roughly a 60-mile radius from our Cupar workshop.

Can this be made to suit a period property?

Yes. Period homes and traditional properties are a major part of our work, and we can discuss the practical and planning considerations during the site visit.

How does pricing work?

Fixed price on joinery products, day rate on fitting. We typically take 40% upfront, full payment for the product before delivery and fitting, and the balance on completion.

Do you do cheap handyman-style jobs?

No. We focus on bespoke joinery, sash and case windows, fitted kitchens, cabinetry and timber doors and windows. We do not take on cat flaps, curtain poles or flat-pack work.
